After college, Rob was ready to use his broadcasting communications degree to stake out a career behind the lens. But life pulled a switch and instead of holding a camera, he spent the next 15 years hiring photographers, designers and other creative professionals.
Then the phone rang… His wife was on the line detailing her job offer in Singapore. Three months later they had one-way tickets from Minnesota to southeast asia.
During his six years abroad, he studied, practiced and refined his photography.
Rob returned to the U.S. in the Summer of 2011 and today, when not parenting his two brilliant boys, he pursues his dream of folding his calling into his career. He blends his experience and commercial sensibility with a fresh, organic aesthetic in his active lifestyle photography and enjoys drawing out uncommon personality in his portraiture work.
